When you make an online purchase and check out as a guest (in which case we just collect transaction-based data).

WHAT SORT OF DATA DO WE COLLECT?
If you have a web account with us: your name, billing/delivery address, orders and email and telephone number. For your security, we’ll also keep an encrypted record of your login password.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Details of your visits to our website, and which site you came from to ours.
Payment card information.
Your comments and product reviews.
To deliver the best possible web experience, we collect technical information about your internet connection and browser as well as the country and where your computer is located, the web pages viewed during your visit, the advertisements you clicked on, and any search terms you entered.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We know how much data security matters to all our customers. With this in mind, we will treat your data with the utmost care and take all appropriate steps to protect it.
We secure access to all transactional areas of our website using ‘https’ technology. Orders – Physical paperwork relating to your order will be securely destroyed after six years. we’ll keep the personal data you give us so we can comply with our legal and contractual obligations. Electronic information will be archived after six years.
Warranties – If your order included a warranty, the associated personal data will be kept until the end of the warranty period.
