Delivery
Upon receipt of payment, delivery will be arranged, and you will be contacted to be given an approximate delivery date. All items will be shipped with a tracked and insured courier, unless otherwise arranged.**
Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange collection from our base in Suffolk.
Please ensure you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery. Once goods are accepted from the courier either signed or not signed for, no responsibility can be taken by Rowan & Witch Interiors for any loss or damage whatsoever.
*Offshore and non-UK destinations are not part of our standard delivery service. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to offer a competitive shipping quote based on your location and the size of your order.

Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes a piece just isn’t quite right. If you wish to return an item of furniture purchased from our online store, please read the following carefully:
How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and repackaged in the original packaging before collection can be arranged.

We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Furniture Collection & Return Charges (Mainland UK Only)
We offer a two-person home collection service for furniture returns. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to collection (or will be deducted from your refund). Charges are as follows:

Small Furniture: £50

Large Furniture: £85
Note: In some cases, especially for larger or more remote deliveries, the return charge may exceed the initial delivery cost. A minimum return fee of £70 applies and may increase based on your location and order size.

Damaged Deliveries
We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently in order that they survive the journey to you, but we do have to rely upon third party companies to deliver your goods and breakages, unfortunately, can occur from time to time.
If you receive a damaged item from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact us immediately, by email, to inform us, quoting your order number and a photo of the damage. We will organise a collection and ship a replacement out to you subject to stock availability. If replacement stock is not available, a refund will be arranged following collection of the damaged item.
